Characteristic restored farm village which has been transformed into welcoming apartments for holidays on the green hills of Casentino. The complex makes up part of an agricultural business of 60 hectares that produces wine, oil and biological fruits and vegetables. The position is very tranquil, in a green valley , with superb paths, ideal for relaxing walks. Within the complex there greenery area furnished and looked after, with communal barbecue and wood burning grill. Swimming pool (7x18) (15/5-30/9). Regulated cement tennis court (8 Euros/hr). Near the swimming pool, there is a communal TV room for guests use. Shared laundry room (coin operated washing machine, sink). Parking. Reasonably comfortable furniture. Central heating. ACCOMMODATION: (45 m2) Small separate house 40 m from the swimming pool. Upper Gr. Flr: living/dining room with sofa bed and kitchen corner, 1 double bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Esclusive furnished space (35 m2).
LOCATION: 6 km away is Rassina (all types of shops), 15 km away is Arezzo, 40 km away is Cortona and 55 km away is Siena and Florence.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
