Beautiful property, made up of the owners residence and 2 apartments created from two old haylofts that have recently been restored. The property is situated in a peaceful and panoramic position in the hills that dominate over the Arno valley and the hills of the Chianti. The property is surrounded by a park with approx. 1 hectare of Italian-style garden. At the guests disposal: swimming-pool (6x12) and a large sun trap terrace. The apartment are equipped with barbecue, washing machine and shaded parking space. Mountain-bikes, table tennis and children s game area. Parking. Comfortable furniture. Baby-beds available (Euro 20/week/each).Central heating.
ACCOMMODATION: (60 m2) gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace/kitchen (oven, freezer) area/dining area, 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded, 2 bathrooms with shower. Private equipped outdoor loggia and garden. From the car park you can access the house by means of an external staircase, while access to the garden and the swimming pool is at the house level.
LOCATION: 4 km from Castelfranco di Sopra (food shop), 5 km from Loro Ciuffenna (all kinds of shops), 40 km Florence and Arezzo, 70 km Siena.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
