Ancient estate that has been divided into 5 apartments set in a pleasant position only 300 m from the hamlet of Cicogna Each apartment has an equipped area. Swimming pool (6x12) (1/6-30/9) shared among the guests. The guests can also make use of the Botanical Park of Villa della Nave, built in the second half of the 1800s and made from a rare "collection" of more than 700 tall trees and 120 types, spread out over a surface area of 32,000 m2. Reasonably comfortable furniture a part of which with period pieces.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
