The complex, recently renovated, is made up of a farmhouse from the early 19th century and two haylofts with a total of 8 apartments. The property is located among the hills and is surrounded on three sides by a grove with secular oak trees. A beautiful swimming pool (7.5x17), with an area with shallow water suitable for small children, is at the guests' disposal as well as a small annexe where the barbecue and wood-burning oven are located. Satellite TV in all of the apartments. A road passes through the valley below approx. 200-300 m away. Shared washing facilities. Parking. ACCOMMODATION: (63 m2) 1st fl.: living/dining room/kitchen area (dishwasher, oven and freezer) with single divan bed and fireplace, 1 double bedroom with an added single bed, 1 twin bedded room, 1 bathroom with shower. Private and equipped outdoor area.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
