Only 500 meters away from the centre of the ancient Etruscan town of Cortona, this villa is the ideal destination for those wishing to enjoy a quiet and relaxing holiday in the heart of Tuscany. The property consists of an old stone main house that served as far back as in the 1700s as a stage post and provided shelter to wayfarers and one further independent apartment converted from an old adjoining stone farmhouse. Recent restoration work was carried out on the house with great care for detail and all rooms have been finely furnished with antique pieces.

    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 12 Euro/hour.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
