    Ground level unit with domed ceilings,living room and large kitchen with access to the garden. International library and videotape. The swimming pool is shared with five other units. A laundry service is available in-house for $10 US each wash, (ironing not included), there are also two laundry facilities in the village. Podernovo farmhouse is the oldest San Fabiano farm, dating back to the late seventeen hundreds. It was beautifully restored with taste and all comforts. Outside, under a wooden roof, you can enjoy a barbecue or just relax in the shade. Around the house there is a fenced garden with a panoramic swimming pool with an Arbia valley view and a Siena skyline. A gardener and a house keeper are at your service every day of your stay.

Children can be brought to Collodi to see Pinocchio. Art lovers can enjoy a visit to the Accademia in Florence with the famous David of Michelangelo, or walk in Boboli garden of the Pitti palace; in Siena you can be in love with Simone Martini's frescoes and enjoy a guided visit to the old Synagogue, the Duomo and the many surrounding galleries.

    Payment Details
    The rent, required to complete the booking, is 50% (balance due on arrival). A credit card is required for a security deposit. If you cancel 30 days prior to arrival, your rent will be refunded.
