Cozy Apartment with patio in XVII Century Farmhouse
Our country home, in upper Valdarno, has been created by the loving and pain staking renovation of a large XVII century estate. This unit is a raised floor apartment with its own entrance from private patio, equipped for eating outside. A spacious and comfortable sitting/dining room with sofa bed, table, chairs and TV satellite and large family bedroom. Both rooms have a large door window that looks onto the garden. The complex is surrounded by a large garden with furniture and pool. It has its own private terrace to eat outside. Laundry room shared with other guests.

Special Conditions
Location cost includes: electricity, hot and cold water, cooking gas, bed linens, bathroom towels (3 for each person), kitchen linens, free use of laundry( we will supply all the detergents).
It doesn't include: security deposit ( €200,00 to be paid on cash on arrival), heating cost (when needed-October-March) is forfeited at €8,00/day, mandatory final cleaning is € 16,00 per person.

    If you are looking for an air conditioned posh villa, well this is not the place for you! But if you really want to grasp the true spirit of Tuscan Countrylife, the time spent in this lovely country house environment will be memorable. The quiet, hilly, panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval village of Laterina. The lodging enjoys countryside privacy, close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo; It is the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily: Florence, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia, and the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most famous made in Italy brands. There is a swimming pool and a washer available.

Train Station: Montevarchi 25 km, Florence 60 km. It is possible and very convenient to visit Florence taking the train in Montevarchi. The train will bring you directly into the center of Florence.

Convenience store, food stores, bank with 24 hrs cash point are just 3 km from the house. Super Market in Levane, a 15 minute drive from the house, Ipermarket with small mall, in Montevarchi a 25 minute drive from the house.and in Arezzo 20 minutes drive. Fashion outlets from a 15 minute drive to a 1 hour. The nearest town is Arezzo, worth a visit, 15 km from the house.
    • Lake is located within a 60 minute(s) drive. The nearest beach is in Maremma, on the Tirrenian Sea, and is called Castiglion della Pescaia. It is one of the best and cleanest beaches in all of Italy. The place is almost a 2 hour drive from our complex, but if you want to make a day trip it can be done.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 30 or more days prior, payments (less 35) are refunded.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 15.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €10,00/hr.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
