Luminous stone cottage on two floors with its own private outdoor area for eating outside. Ground floor sitting room with double sofa bed, reading lamp, armchairs, coffee table, writing table , large glass windows that open onto the garden, spacious kitchen/dining room with fitted kitchen ,table and chairs. Bathroom with shower. First Floor: access from wooden staircase, double bedroom, twin bedroom. Equipment: microwave, freezer, electric oven, top stove with 4 fires, kettle, percolator, mini food processor….Plenty of everything you may need to feel at home.

Arrival Day
Guests may only arrive on: Saturday.
Special Conditions
Heating (when needed October-march ) is forfeited at €8,00 /day. Mandatory final cleaning fees are €16.00 per person payable to owner. During the high season (July and August) the arrival day is on Saturday, during the other months we are more flexible. If you have special request, please ask in advance, we will do our best to please you.

    If you look for an air conditioned posh villa, well.... this is not the place for you! But if you really want to grasp the true spirit of Tuscan Country life...the time spent in this lovely country house environment will be memorable. The quiet, hilly panoramic area is only three kilometres from the beautiful medieval Village of Laterina. The lodging enjoys countryside privacy ,close proximity to the attractions and amenities of Arezzo;it is the ideal base for many excursions in all Central Italy. There are good motorways and rail links with the rest of Tuscany. Being in the center of Tuscany you will be able to reach easily:Florence, Siena, Cortona,Lake Trasimeno, Perugia....and the shopping lovers will find nearby many outlets of the most famous made in Italy brands.

Super Market in Levane, 15 minutes drive from the house, Ipermarket with small mall, in Montevarchi 25 minutes drive from the house. Fashion outlets from 15 minutes drive to 1 hour. The nearest town is Arezzo, worth a visit, 18 km from the house.

The nearest beach is in Maremma, on the Tirrenian sea, the town is Castiglion della Pescaia, there you will find one of the best and cleanest beach in all Italy. Almost 2 hours drive from our complex, but if you want to make a day trip it can be done.

    Payments and Policies
    Payment Details
    50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
    Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
    • Check in after 5:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
    • Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner. A fee of 35.00/pet will apply.
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of €10,00/hr.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
