30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed.
Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
Maid Service is provided every 1 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20/day.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
