50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 250 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Payment for the rental: it is required that the payment all come from one source.
The refundable security/damage deposit of 250 dollars (less damage costs), will be refund 30 days after check out through bank transfer.

- Smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed.
- Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
