Fully stocked kitchen for up to 16 persons including both indoor and outdoor dishes and glasses, 2 full sets of Wolfgang pots and pans, and both red and white wine glasses.

Our home is at the back of a residential subdivision on a very quiet street. It is an oversize backyard which is completely landscaped and private as there is no one directly behind us. From the front of our home you have a view of the "White Tank" Mountains, from the back you have beautiful desert scenery. At night you can watch thousands of stars from your private spa.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
- Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
- An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of negotiable.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
- Pool heat is included in rates.
