Guests may arrive on any day of the week.

Please notify us at the time of reservation of any late check-in or check-out times. Additional charge of late Check-outs: Noon to 5 pm – Half Day Rate: 5 pm and after – Full Rate.

1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Double Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). The master bedroom is very spacious with a private bathroom and large walk-in closet. 1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). This 2nd bedroom is very comfy with maple furniture and a large walk-in closet. 1 Double Bed (sleeps 2). This bedroom is also very cheery and comfy with hand painted air balloon painted furniture and a good size closet. 1 Double Foam Mattress (sleeps 2). We have 2 Double Futon Mattresses without frames and 2 twin cots. One Matrress could go in the Bedroom and the other one in the Family Room.

Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and two basins.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower and one basin.

We have amazing views from front screened in porch of Munds Mountain. The side patio and hot tub has views of Munds Mountain and the famous red rocks including Elephant Rock, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock. The back red rock patio has views of Elephant Rock, Bell Rock, and Cathedral Rock as well as the national forestry land and trail that leads up to amazing 360 degree views which include the above mentioned red rocks as well as Coffee Pot Rock, Capital Butte etc.

• The Sky Harbor Airport in Phoenix is 90 miles away. There is an Amtrack Train service in Flagstaff which is 25 miles away.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 20 minute(s). We have world-class golf resorts at the "Sedona Golf Resort" and other fine golf courses as well. It's only a 10 minute drive away.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). There is a ski resort "Snow Bowl" located in Flagstaff, AZ which is about 30 miles north of Sedona.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are within a 1 mile walking distance to the Tlaquapaque Shops and Restaurants and unique one-of-a-kind Gift Shops and Art Galleries.
• Oakcreek is within walking distance of the guest cottage. There are also State parks within a 5-20 minute drive where swimming is available at: Red Rock Crossing, Grasshopper Point, and Slide Rock State Park.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.

Deposit Policy: Reservations are held for 72 hours pending receipt of 50% deposit. Deposit and final payments are required in the form of a personal check or money order. Credit cards are not accepted. Room rates are guaranteed upon receipt of 50% deposit for dates reserved. A confirmation letter will be mailed out complete with cottage address and directions.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 9:00 PM and 9:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
