This ancient farmhouse (200 m2) built in typical Provençal style and which has been completely restored is situated on the outskirts of the small village of Fontvieille, to the north of les Alpilles (300 mt a.s.l.). There are beautiful views over les Alpilles , the vineyards and the olive groves. Set in a peaceful position just 20 mt from a small road for residents use only. Private and equipped garden (3,000 m2), shaded by the olive groves with swimming-pool. Terrace (35 m2) with access from the dining room and from one of the bedrooms. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: dining room with access onto the outside, kitchen (oven, freezer, washing machine, dishwasher), 1 twin bedded room (90 cm beds), 2 double bedrooms (140 cm bed), 1 bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath. 1st fl.: living room (45 m2) with TV, 2 double bedrooms (140 cm beds), 1 bathroom with shower. To be paid for on the spot: hire of bed linen (Euro 8 per person per week), towels (Euro 2 per person per week). Simple furniture. Central heating. Minimum rental period for two weeks throughout the year.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
