    Enjoy the complimentary bottle of fine local wine, chilled for your arrival! A tree-lined avenue leads into the hall and sitting room next to which is a half-bath. An archway leads to the kitchen/dining area. Stairs lead down to a beautiful vaulted stone cellar with terracotta tiles and window at street level. This room has a round table seating and a table-tennis table. Stairs lead up to a study/reading area showing the local stonework. A pull-out sofa-bed may be used for additional sleeping. The study has a computer with broadband connection and a music center. Leading off this room is a corridor that leads to the main bathroom and to the air conditioned master bedroom. On the third level is a second air conditioned bedroom with half-bath. A private rooftop terrace overlooking the tree-lined avenue provides a lovely outdoor area. A charcoal barbeque makes this a delightful place to relax in the evenings with good food and a bottle of the local wine.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 35 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 400 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 6.
    • Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
