Panoramic views over the beach and ocean from all rooms. The unit is 80 meters from the beach. The house terrace has views over the region.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the golf course is about 10 minutes. Tennis courts are also in the vicinity.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Street cafes, bars, restaurants, gift and newspaper shops are in the vicinity of the apartment. Chemists and small supermarkets, travel/excursion shops, clothing and general stores, cinema and small discos are a couple of minutes walk away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The apartment is within 80 meters distance - the beach is right across the street (a 3km long beach)
40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $100) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
