1 Double Bed. The bedroom is ensuited. It doesn't have a window, although it has a system for air circulation.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, one basin and bidet.
The apartment is 100 meters from the beach in th old centre of Armacao de Pera.
• Golf: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The walk to the golf course is about 10 minutes. Tennis courts are also in the vicinity.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Street cafes, bars, restaurants, gift and newspaper shops are in the vicinity of the apartment. Chemists and small supermarkets, travel/excursion shops, clothing and general stores, cinema and small discos are a couple of minutes walk away.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. 80 meters (just across the street) Armacao de Pera has a wonderful long beach (3 Km) to the left of the house and several small beaches with cliffs to the right.
40% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, payments (less $50) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
