This villa is a fully furnished one (1) bedroom superior Holiday Villa set in a landscaped tropical garden setting. The Villa is located on the western side of the Island of Rarotonga and is across the road from an excellent swimming beach. The Villa also enjoys the view of the hues of the bright orange/red/yellow colours of the Rarotonga sunset. There is also a large covered decked area for relaxing or sunbathing on and also an outdoor garden bath tub if the weather gets too hot, where you can relax and enjoy the view of the mountains in the background or the sunset in the evenings.

Bed Summary
Master Bedroom
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The Master bedroom has a large queen sized bed and 3 ceiling to floor windows which faces the beach. The bedroom is very private and it also looks out to the private outdoor garden area with the outdoor bath tub. A roller away bed can be set up in the living area for an extra person. Charge is $50.00 per night per person.

Beach, Sun and a stunning view of the sunset and the mountains in the back windows of the Villa. The Villa has 6 ceiling to floor windows with three in the master bedroom and three in the lounge area. There is a view of the beach from all the windows of the Villa facing the beach. The outdoor garden bath tub is set in an enclosed area for complete privacy while enjoying the warm tropical air and while taking in the view of the fantastic sunset.

• Rarotonga International Airport is within a 10 minute(s) drive. The Rarotonga International Airport is approximately 11 km away from the Villa and takes approximately 10 minutes travelling between 30-40 km per hour, which is our average local speed limit.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 1 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The Villa is 8 minutes drive from the nearest Cafe and Restaurants are within easy driving distance. There is a grocery store which sells fresh fruit and vegetables approximately 2 minutes walk from the Villa.
• Beach is located less than 1 minute away. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. The beach is located across the road from the Villa. There is complimentary use of snorkels for our guests to use available at the Villa.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
5 nights rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Western Union
If paying by Credit Card, transaction fee will be charged.
*Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 13 years old.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 8:00 PM and 6:00 AM.
• Maid Service is provided every 2 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
