Ancient country manor villa in the immediate vicinity of the historic city of Asolo, characterised by a large and quite unique garden with secular plants located in front of the main façade of the villa; whereas, in the back passes the road that leads to Bassano del Grappa. Broad views. In the large garden you will find the oval-shaped swimming pool (15x4) which is shared with the owners who live in the villa's outbuilding. Particularly interesting geographic position for visiting the most important sites in Veneto (Treviso, Padua, Venice). Covered reserved parking. It is possible to book the villa for 10 sleeping spaces under the name VILLA CRESPIGNAGA 10; in this case the entire 2nd fl. will be closed off. DISTANCES: 200 m Crespignaga di Maser (grocery shops), 5 km the medieval city of Asolo (all kinds of shops), 18 km Bassano del Grappa, 8 km Montebelluna, 25 km Treviso, 50 Venice.

Still on the 1st fl. but with independent access form the gr. fl.: 1 twin bedded room with bathroom with shower. 2nd fl.: 3 double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 bathroom with shower. All of the bedrooms have a fan. Reasonably comfortable furnishings in the day area, simple in the kitchen and some bathrooms. Smoking is not allowed in the bedrooms or the dining area, it is only allowed in the living room. Baby-bed available.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
