Shared swimming pool use from 14/5/2005 to 1/10/2005. This is the ideal place for a restful holiday while being central for exploring Umbrian's interesting art towns, such as Assisi, Perugia, Todi, Città della Pieve, Bevagna, Montefalco, Spoleto, etc.
• The nearest airport (Perugia St. Egidio) is in Ospedalicchio, 10 kilometers from the property and the nearest train station is in Assisi/Santa Maria degli Angeli, 2 kilometers from the villa.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). The nearest golf center is in Ellera Umbra (30 Km from Assisi).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A general store and several other shops and services such as a bank, bread shop, chemist's etc. are in Rivotorto, less than 1 km from the villa.
30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
