The house is on the side of Mount Subasio in a small hamlet that dates from medieval times. It overlooks the valley below and the town of Santa Maria degli Angeli is clearly visible also Perugia on a clear day (approx 22 km away). Also views across the fields of olive trees to the nearby convent and church and views up Mount Subasio. A truly tranquil spot steeped in history.
The house consists of an Upper and Lower Apartment.
It dates from medieval times and was believed at one time to be the priest's house for the local community. Built on the side of a hill on three levels .It has been lovingly and tastefully restored to provide all the modern conveniences of a comfortable home.
There is a large and wide ranging selection of books and also CD'S, Videos and DVD's mainly in English that are available for use by guests during their stay.
Lower garden area with patio and barbecue and garden furniture accessible by external steps, open land with olive and fruit trees. This area has afternoon sun, beautiful panorama over the valley, stunning sunset views!.
The upper garden area accessible from the road has the morning sun and views up Mount Subasio. It also has garden furniture.
The gardens are not enclosed.
In lower garden new swimming pool now in operation 12m by 5m (1.2m to 1.8m deep)

Two open air public swimming pools open during Italian school holidays both approx 2km from house.(Spello or Assisi.)
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund unless re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If you cancel having paid the 25% deposit this will not be refunded.
Payment can be made in euros or sterling equivalent.
