Great Athens Condo
Clean, very large, two-story townhouse near the University of Georgia. Quiet, adjacent to open space, on UGA bus route. Ample parking. Small, well maintained complex of four brick buildings. The complex property manager is an owner and lives directly under our townhouse and keeps the grounds in top condition.
Two bedrooms, each with full private bath and queen-size bed. Main floor has half bath, large den/dining area, and full kitchen with all expected amenities. We look after every detail often missing at other rentals. We'll make sure there is fresh soap in the bathrooms, plenty of towels and washcloths, paper products, blankets, etc.
Skip the hotel and stay in a nice large townhouse for the same price (maybe less) when you visit your kids or friends at UGA. Enjoy a full kitchen, private washer and dryer, multiple baths and just lots and lots of space.
Feel free to bring food, beverages, etc. Silverware, plates, bowls, cups, glasses and so forth are provided, as is a toaster, microwave, can opener and cooking utensils.
Our daughter enjoyed living in this condo during her time at the University of Georgia. We're sure you will enjoy your stay here as well, and we'll always take the extra steps to make sure everything is right.
