Transit: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Metro.
Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). We are in between three major shopping districts, Pagrati Square, Kolonaki Square and Syntagma Square. The closest is around the corner and runs for about 8 blocks. One side of the street is a pedestrian zone lined with outdoor cafes and restaurants ( enclosed in glass during the winter months ), the other side has stores, movie theaters and more restaurants. Around the corner is a supermarket, green grocer, dry cleaner, pharmacy, and much more.
Ocean is located within a 20 minute(s) drive. Take the tram to the coast and spend a day at the beach. Better yet, within an hour and a half you can be on one of the nearby islands.
Nearby Attractions: Acropolis, Plaka, Ancient Agora and Mount Lyvittos are all within a 15 minute walk.

Payment Details

All of the rent is required (60 or more days in advance) to complete the booking. A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund.

Policies

No smoking is allowed.
Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM.
No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50 Euros.
Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
