Payments and Policies

Payment Details

25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 50%) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: PayPal - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash
If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded, minus any transaction charges.

Policies

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 20 Euros per day.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
