1 Queen or 2 Singles Couch (sleeps 2). One of the couches in the Living room converts to either a queen size bed or two single beds.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2), 1 Single Lower Bunk Bed (sleeps 1) and 1 Single Upper Bunk Bed (sleeps 1). This bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom (shower) and a good size loft, which can accommodate two guests. The loft is simply furnished with two single beds and a side table, has its' own window and communicates with the downstairs via a spiral wooden staircase. The downstairs is furnished with a double bed. The bedroom has direct access to the main veranda. This arrangement renders it a completely independent accommodation.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). The master bedroom has a queen size bed and view of the Aegean coast line. Fully air conditioned, wood flooring and built in closet.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Pictures are worth a thousand words! The view from the villa is its best asset. Here is a quote from one of our previous guests;
"Nothing could have prepared us for the morning. Through the four large windows in the living room, a breath taking view was lying at our feet. Literally, from the top of the hill we could see the famous Mediterranean Sea with its unique blue waters. Everything was quiet and serene.
To sum it up it was a wonderful holiday. We were able to get to know the ancient, historic Greece and modern one enjoying all the facilities of modern world in an idyllic setting. The top of the hill position made us think that this is how people in Olympus lived. Enjoying a glass of retzina (Greek wine, very good) on the terrace in the evening after a full day was a real pleasure."
• Eleftherios Venizelos Airport is within a 60 minute(s) drive. The Eleftherios Venizelos international airport is within a 50 minute drive from the villa.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). A small grocery store in our community will meet your immediate needs (fresh bread, beer, vegetables, cold cuts etc.). Several big grocery stores are within a 15 minute drive to Marathon.
• Beach is located within a 5 minute(s) drive. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. The villa has a 360 degree view of the Aegean sea and the plains of Marathon. On a clear day, one can see multiple islands in the horizon, and the lights of several villages in the Attica coast.
Within 5 minutes you can enjoy either the rocky coast or the sandy beach of Schinias No matter the language or how you spell it, Schinias is a beautiful area bordering both suburban Athens and the Marathon Plains; the site of the Battle of Marathon and the birthplace of the "Marathon Run". Ranked among the top ten tourist attractions by Yahoo Travel.
Enjoy all that Athens has to offer then relax in this home located close to the sea in a rural resort setting with some of the best beaches in Greece. Three aquatic adventures await your pleasure. Only a few minutes down the hill from the villa, you can enjoy delightful swims, snorkelling, or diving off the rocky coast in the crystal clear waters of the Aegean Sea. The water here is immediately about three meters deep. Diving off the rocks is very popular among the young and not so young!.
• Nearby Attractions: The downtown of Athens is within a 50 minute ride by public transportation.
Corinth is 1.5 hours, Mycenea 2 hours, Delphi in 2.5 hours. From the port of Rafina one can visit several islands within one day (Myconos, Andros, Tinos).
25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 200 is required. If you cancel within 48 hours of booking, all payments are refunded. Otherwise, all are forfeited.

If you cancel within 45 days of arrival, we will do everything in our power to rent the villa and refund your payment minus the booking deposit.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided every 7 days during a stay.
