The cottage is surrounded by trees.
• The cottage is within 1 km from the train station, 40 minutes drive to downtown Athens, and 15 minutes drive from Corinth.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The cottage is in the outskirts of the village of Agii Theodorii where there are multiple restaurants within a 10 minute walking distance.
• Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is small pebbles. Cottage is exactly 100 m from the waterfront, across the road. There is a beautiful forested park on the beach with a good size playground.
20% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 30 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 150 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 20%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit
Security deposit is returned on day of departure.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
