More Information

There is a double bed in back room with side tables and in the front sitting room two seater sofa which can open as double bed. Total 4 people can sleep comfortably. There is a small kitchen and bathroom which are accessed from the good size entrance hall. All the furniture, linen and kitchen equipment are brand new (2005). In the sitting room there is wall mounted air conditioning system, 21" TV as well as a coffee table. Bedroom (2.45mx3.40m) has window/door leading to the small balcony and sitting room (3.05mx3.40m) double door to closed terrace (4.60mx1.80m) with double door to small balcony.

Distances

• Metro station 5 minutes walk. Taking the metro by the airport (blue line) gets you directly to the closest metro stop to the studio (megaro Musikis-1minute walk). This trip takes 30-40 minutes.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In vicinity there are plenty of shops, pharmacy, groceries, florist and many periptera (news agents and more), museums, national gallery, tavernas, Hotel Hilton, Goodies (Greek version of McDonald but much better) all 1-5min short walk.
• The nearest beach is in Faliro which is about 15-30 minutes drive from the apartment.
• Nearby Attractions: Using the metro, it is only 2 stops(5minutes max) from Sintagma square which is the most central square of Athens. From there all sights - central - old Athens centre is walking distance really.

Payments and Policies

Payment Details

The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure. Housekeeping is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate may be provided.
