Voula, neighbouring with Glyfada, is a very popular and central place of south west Athens, which is only 12.5Km from the centre of Athens.
In the vicinity there are plenty of shops, pharmacy, groceries, florist, coffee places, restaurants and taverna's (with very tasty fish food) and many periptera (greek news agents).

The apartment is fully furnished including a fridge, a cooker and a microwave. The apartment is at the 1st floor of a two floor house and it has secure parking for three cars.

• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). In vicinity there are plenty of shops, pharmacy, groceries, florist and many periptera (news agents and more), museums, national gallery, tavernas, Hotel Hilton, Goodies (Greek version of McDonald but much better) all 1-5min short walk.
• Beach surface is sand and rocks. The lake of Vouliagmenis (small but you can swim in it even in winter), it is about 10 minutes drive.

Payment Details
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

Policies
• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 11:00 AM and check out before 4:00 PM.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
