Beautiful recently-constructed apartment in a coastal suburb of Athens, Greece.
The apartment is in a coastal suburb of Athens, Greece, (Ano Glyfada). It is on the ground floor of a three-storey house and it was built in 2004.

A "blue flag" sand beach can be found within two to three kilometers. The historic center of Athens, (Acropolis, Plaka), is no more than fifteen to twenty minutes away.

In the center of Glyfada, (twelve minutes away), you will find a variety of coffee shops, (Starbucks), international chain restaurants, (McDonalds, Wendys, Pizza Hut, Apple Bees, TGIF), shopping centers and all kind of night life entertainment.

    Payment Details
    25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, 10% of rent is refunded.

    Policies
    • Smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 500.
    • Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
