- Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. There is a moorage float/anchor. Unit is just steps away from the ocean. Good walking beach half hour to mouth of river. Good swimming - patrolled beach. Fishing from beach, rocks, and marina.
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and payment made on arrival. A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.

If guest does not have a credit card, a deposit of 25% is required and photo I.D. is requested.
