30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). A refundable security/damage deposit of 350 is required. If you cancel anytime, all payments are forfeited except your security/damage deposit.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
