Cosy, sunny villa directly on the sea, situated a few meters from the small tourist bathing resort Trabia, east of Palermo. In a peaceful position, with beautiful broad views of the sea, which you can reach by following along a small private stairway that leads directly to a small public beach (shared mostly with two other villas). As well as two large terraces, the villa has a lawn area that slopes gently towards the sea. The villa is accessed by passing over a small, very protruding bridge which low-riding sport cars cannot access. Private parking next to the villa and a second car park shared with 2 other villas (remote controlled entry). DISTANCES: 500 m from the bathing resort of Trabia (grocery shops), 5 km the characteristic Siclian town of Termini Imerses (all kinds of shops), 16 km Bagheria (large inhabited centre renowned for the presence of ancient noble villas, now museums), 19 km the promontory of Capo Zafferano with its pleasant, characteristic tourist towns (Aspra, S. Elia, Porticello), 30 km Palermo, 36 km Cefalu' one of the most renowned towns in Sicily.
ACCOMMODATION: (150 m2) Gr. fl.: living/dining room with fireplace and access to a covered, equipped terrace and to a lawn (private access to the sea), kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 bathoom with shower, small laundry room (washing machine). 1st fl. (access also from the back, near the private car park): 1 double bedroom (access to the terrace with sea view), 1 twin bedded room, 1 single bedroom, 1 bathroom with shower. Comfortable furniture.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
