Ancient 15th century presbytery (400 m2) internally restored in a small village on the high hills (640 m a.s.l.) of the valley of the Lima river (downstream canoeing in the spring). Beautiful view of the surrounding woods. Nice and peaceful. Fenced in park with garden furniture (barbecue) and swimming pool (11.5x4.5). The house is not accessible by car, rather it is accessed by a 150 m pathway from the public parking. DISTANCES: 6 km horse riding, 10 km Bagni di Lucca (thermal swimming pool, tennis, holiday resort of 19th century English and German poets), 37 km Lucca, 60 km from the beaches of Versilia.
ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl. mezzanine: living room with fireplace, dining room with access onto equipped terrace for outdoor dining, kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), 1 bathroom with shower. Gr. fl.: laundry room (washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower, portico. 1st fl.: living room (satellite TV), 1 double bedroom, 1 twin bedded room with an additional third bed and with bathroom with shower, 3 twin bedded rooms, 1 single bedroom with french bed, 2 bathrooms with shower (no bidet). The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
