ACCOMMODATION: Gr. fl.: entrance/kitchen (oven, freezer, dishwasher), living/dining room with fireplace (TV), 1 bathroom with shower, laundry room (washing machine), pergola with wood burning oven. 1st fl.: 1 twin bedded room, 3 double bedrooms one of which with bathroom with shower, 1 bathroom with bath. Small panoramic terrace. On request possibility of breakfasts or dinners with local dishes. Baby-bed available to be paid for on the spot (50 Euro/week).
LOCATION: Rocca di Sassi (about 20-50 m away), the Calomini Hermitage (6 km), Rocca di Castelnuovo (8 km, all kinds of shops), the town of Catiglione (15 km), or the impressive Duomo of Barga (18 km). Only 20 km away are the Thermal baths of Bagni di Lucca and for speleologists, the Antro del Corchia and the Grotta del Vento. 47 km from Forte dei Marmi and the Versilia.
The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
