Heating is via both propane furnaces and an independent wood furnace. Guests have option to use either system in winter. Wood stove in living room and pellet stove in master bedroom, in addition to numerous fireplaces.

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,500 is required. If you cancel 60 or more days prior, payments (less 1 nt) are refunded - less than 60, no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay. If a guest leaves the unit as found, a rebate of Return of deposit may be provided.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
