Each cottage has 2 Bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms - 1 with a Queen Bed and the other with 2 Twin Beds, great for Families or Couples. Kitchens are fully equipped, with coffee makers, microwaves, dishwashers, garbage disposals, refrigerators/freezers, full range stoves with convection ovens, and toasters. Spacious Living and Dining Areas, with Cable T.Vs., DVD players, Electronic Games, and Board Games.

The beach is secluded and the access is with in walking distance. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 300 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, payments (less 50%) are refunded if re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Play Pen can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 50.00.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed under 15lbs (7kg) in size but must be approved by the Owner. A deposit of 200.00 will apply. A fee of 20.00 per night will apply.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.00.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
