    Payment Details
    20% non-refundable deposit is due at time of booking.(Balance due 30 days in advance.) A refundable security/damage deposit (amount to be discussed with owner) is required for long stays. If you cancel less than 7 days prior, there is no refund.
    Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 30 or more days prior to arrival) - American Express - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Cash - Email Money Transfer
    *Please note that the above policies relate to the Owner's portion only.
    Policies
    • No smoking is allowed.
    • Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 3.
    • Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
    • No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
    • Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
    • No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of $35.
    • Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
