From the hot tub you look out to a landscaped area with forest in the background. The Villa is surrounded by a very large and flowered garden (3000 sq m), high pine-trees, palm, hibiscus, roses, green bushes, etc...

30% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due on arrival). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed and children under 1 years old stay free.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 11:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• All pets are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 PM.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 15 EUROS.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
