1 King or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2) and 1 Single Bed (sleeps 1). It is possible to add 1 single bed for an adult/young person.
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, shower, hair dryer, one basin and bidet.
From the hot tub you look out to a landscaped area with forest in the background. The Villa is surrounded by a very large and flowered garden (3000 sq m), high pine-trees, palm, hibiscus, roses, green bushes, etc...
• Falcone-Borsellino Palermo Airport is within a 15 minute(s) drive. By flight: from Palermo's Falcone-Borsellino airport, take the motorway to Trapani and after 25 minutes exit to Balestrate. By sea, from Genova, Livorno, Naples: arrived in Palermo take the motorway to Trapani and after 25 minutes exit to Balestrate.......but if you are lost, don't worry....I will pick you up by car, walking, stepping, helicopter...just call. I will be happy to suggest beautiful trips around and close splendid beaches !
• Transit: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Type of transit is Bus. Bus and train.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 4 minute(s). It is better to come by car or rent a car here. Many beautiful beaches, nice and cheap or luxury pubs and restaurants, classic and modern music concerts and old Greek language tragedies at amphitheatre of Segesta - many amenities-all this is close and easy to reach by car.

50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance on arrival - cash or traveler's check). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel anytime, payments are refunded if the unit is re-rented. Owner accepts payments by: Direct Bank Deposit - Cash

• Smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• Dogs and Cats are allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 40 EUROS.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
