The main view from the lounge is across Ballinskelligs bay to Waterville, either side and behind are the hills, it is an ever changing scenery with the colours changing almost constantly.
Things to do: For area information and days out check out the pamphlets on the hall table, particularly the Kerry Gems edition. Good golf is available at Skelligs, Waterville and Dooks - tee bookings required, fishing also by arrangement.

• Golf: can be reached by driving for 15 minute(s). There are 2 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). Transport is necessary as the home is situated in the hills above the bay, walking is for the people who have time on their hands, the nearest pub is a 5 minute drive but walking is all downhill and uphill back. Cahirsiveen has two well-stocked supermarkets for food, groceries and general household goods. There are also a number of smaller outlets in Ballinskelligs, Waterville and St. Finians. Also the local garages all have small stores attached. Tralee and Killarney are good towns for the serious shopper.
• Beach is located within a 10 minute(s) drive.
• Nearby Attractions: Waterville and the Skelligs Golf course are 15 minutes away, Dooks is 45 minutes away. Shopping in Killarney or Tralee, 1 hour and 1.5 hours respectively. Pony trekking and either sea or fresh water fishing available on request. Lots of walks in the area.
The payment policy is flexible and can be worked out with the owner. A refundable security/damage deposit of 1,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 12:00 PM and check out before 12:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 2 Dogs are allowed under 75lbs (34kg) in size.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay. An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 100.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
