50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 15 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 2,000 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less 50%) are refunded if the unit is re-rented.

- No smoking is allowed.
- Children are allowed but this unit is not suitable for persons under the age of 8.
- Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
- No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
- Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 7:00 AM.
- Maid Service is provided every 4 days during a stay.
- Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
