2 Single Beds (sleeps 2). Emerald Room is bright and cheery and has a custom made quilt cover.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Moraine Room is named after the lake and is decorated in rich blues complete with a hand made quilt cover.
1 Queen Bed (sleeps 2). Named after Lake Lousie, this room has accents of deep rose with a custom made quilt.
Bathroom 1 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Surrounded by the mountains and trees, this charming Banff home is unique - in view, amenities and decor. There are wonderful views from all the large windows in
our home plus when sitting on the front deck, you can see the sun go down behind one of the mountains. It is truly breath taking!
• Calgary International Airport is 1.5 hour drive from Banff. There are shuttle buses that leave every half hour from the airport.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 20 minute(s). A short drive away from our home is the famous Banff Springs Golf Course. Other challenging courses are all a short drive from Banff.
• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by driving for 45 minute(s). Mt Norquay is within a 10 minute drive from our home. Shuttle buses takes skiers to Sunshine and Lake Louise. The pick up and drop off point is within 5 minutes from the house.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Our unit is within easy walking distance to all amenities.
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 60 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel less than 60 days prior, there is no refund unless the unit is re-rented.

• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib, High Chair and a Play Pen can be provided.
• Check in after 4:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of 50.00/visit.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
