• Ski lifts or Runs : can be reached by walk and transit in 20 minute(s). A vehicle is required to drive (about 15 minutes) to the parking lot of the nearest ski resort (Banff Mt. Norquay). The walk from the parking lot to the lift takes 3 minutes. Transit buses to all local ski areas leave from Banff Ave location, a short 3 block walk ( 5 minutes ).
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). The complex is a 5 minute walk to the downtown core, shopping and dining.

Payment Details
The booking is confirmed with a credit card and the rent is paid on arrival. A refundable security/damage deposit of $500 is required. If you cancel 45 or more days prior, payments are refunded.
