25% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 10 days in advance). There is no security/damage deposit required. If you cancel less than 3 days prior, payments (less one night's rental) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - PayPal - Discover Card
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover or American Express. All prices are quoted and collected in U.S. dollars and may be subject to change with currency fluctuations. Credit card or check deposit of one night is required to secure booking. Full Payment required prior to check in. Should you need to cancel your travel plans, we will need 72 hours advance notice to process your full refund.

• No smoking is allowed.
• No children are allowed under 5 years old.
• Check in after 3:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided every 7 days during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
