This is a top-floor sea-facing unit in the only complex located right on Bang Tao beach. The infinity pool uses a saline filter system that is kind to the eyes (you may spend a long time in the pool!) and is surrounded by lawn and mature trees, with direct access to the beach. It is one of the world's great locations! There are modern loungers, and plenty of space to relax... in paradise.

Master Bedroom
1 King Bed (sleeps 2). The Master Bedroom has a walk-in closet. The en-suite bathroom has superb views from the bath of the palm-lined klong that runs along the side of the complex.
Bedroom
1 Queen or 2 Singles Bed (sleeps 2). Bedroom has 2 solid teak single beds that can be pushed together. There is access to the balcony room.
Studio
1 Queen or 2 Singles Futon Bed (sleeps 2). The balcony room has Thai cushions that can be used as a comfortable and safe bed for up to 2 smaller children
Bathrooms
Bathroom 1 is an en suite and has toilet, bathtub, shower, hair dryer and one basin.
Bathroom 2 has toilet, shower, hair dryer and one basin.

Enjoy the beautiful serene view over the gardens and pool to the beach from the dining area and front balcony. To the side, both bedrooms overlook the palm-tree lined 'klong' (a small tidal stream used to moor fishing boats)

• Phuket Airport is within a 20 minute(s) drive. We can arrange car transfer and/or for you to rent a car at the airport
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by walking for 5 minute(s). Located right next to the prestige Amanpuri Hotel, there are excellent local shops and restaurants within walking distance. There are also several beach restaurants just a stroll along the beautiful beach.
• The unit is Ocean front. Beach gradient is gradual for a long distance. Beach surface is fine sand. We are at the south end of Bang Tao Beach, where the beach is very safe and the water is calm all year round. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: The Laguna Phuket resort; with Laguna Banyan Tree Golf, tennis, pools, mini-golf and water-sports is 5 minutes drive, or a 20 minute walk along the beach.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 500 is required. If you cancel anytime, payments (less a variable percentage depending on the timing) are refunded.
Owner accepts payments by: Personal Cheque (Available for guests booking 31 or more days prior to arrival) - PayPal - Money Order or Cashiers Cheque - Direct Bank Deposit - Western Union

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• Guests are asked to be quiet between the times of 11:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
• An optional Daily Maid Service is available for the following fee of local rate.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
