Club Lersuang is a low level residential apartment complex completed in November 2005. The units are selectively located in 4 blocks of 4 stories encompassing a communal pool complex with landscaped gardens. The apartments are designed to be modern, light and airy with open plan kitchen/dining/living areas. The Clubhouse has a reception desk to assist guests with personal requirements and a restaurant, pool table, bar, internet café and gymnasium. There is also a pool bar and external recreation area that guests may make use of.

Children: In the interests of safety, parents of young children should take note that due to the location and design, a higher than normal level of supervision may be necessary for enthusiastic and adventurous toddlers in some properties. Swimming Pools: Parents of young children may wish to note that very few of the swimming pools in Phuket's private homes have fenced off swimming pools. This may require a level of supervision higher than one may be accustomed to elsewhere. Internet connection: A high speed internet connection is provided. The development, manager or owner can not be liable for the quality of the connection supplied by a third party service provider.

• Phuket International Airport is within a 25 minute(s) drive. Turn right when exiting the airport and follow the signs for Phuket City until you reach Talang. Follow the signs to Surin Beach. In Surin, turn right along the beach road for 400 meters to the bridge. At the bridge, turn right at the Club Lersuang sign. Club Lersuang is 250 meters down on the right.
• Golf: can be reached by driving for 10 minute(s). There are 5 golf course(s) nearby.
• Shopping and Dining: can be reached by driving for 5 minute(s). Club Lersuang has the Aqua Restaurant and fitness center.
• Beach is located within a 2 minute(s) walk. Beach gradient is gradual for a short distance. Beach surface is fine sand. Club Lersuang is within walking distances to Surin and Bang ao Beaches. Surin is smaller and more intimate whereas Bang Tao is much longer and has some quieter areas to relax. Beach Equipment: Rentals Nearby.
• Nearby Attractions: Many tourist attractions can be viewed by making arrangements at the reception desk. These would include Sea Canoe trips, temples, jungle safaris, Phuket Fantasea and adventure sports activities.
Payments and Policies
Payment Details
50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 45 days in advance). A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no refund.
Owner accepts payments by: Visa - Master Card - American Express - Direct Bank Deposit
Holiday Rentals prices are quoted in US Dollars and will be converted into Thai Baht on day of deposit. Long Term Rentals price are quoted in Thai Baht.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib can be provided with a deposit/fee of: 20 US$ per day.
• Check in after 2:00 PM and check out before 12:00 PM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• No pets allowed (Except for Service Animals).
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• Maid Service is provided daily during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
