The apartment has a bedroom with 2 beds than can be used to make one double, and a well equipped kitchen. Should you need a breakfast, we offer food packs with a variety of products. The apartment has a separate dining area, enough space for a good rest and quality standard furniture. The building has a small spa center with a sauna, turkish bath and fitness as well as 24/7 reception.

A credit card is required for a security/damage deposit. If you cancel anytime, your rent is refunded but your security/damage deposit is forfeited.

Policies
• No smoking is allowed.
• Children are allowed. A Crib and a High Chair can be provided.
• Check in after 1:00 PM and check out before 10:00 AM. Check in/out times may be flexible upon request.
• A maximum of 1 Dog is allowed but must be approved by the Owner.
• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
• No Maid Service is provided during a stay.
• Housekeeping is provided prior to arrival and after departure.
