50% of the rent is required to complete the booking (balance due 90 days in advance). A refundable security/damage deposit of 100 is required. If you cancel 15 or more days prior to arrival, payments (less 100) are refunded.

Guests are responsible for all damage done by themselves and their guests to the unit, furnishings, etc.

• There is no specific quiet time policy, though guests are asked to be respectful of any neighbours.
