Splendid country residence that has been perfectly renovated with complete respect for its architectural origins, set within one of the most beautiful landscapes in the Chianti. The original stone-built structure of various floors, grants it a particular charm. The house has been furnished with great care and in a tasteful manner, creating a very cosy and intimate atmosphere and its windows overlook the extremely beautiful panorama that surrounds it. The outdoor areas and the swimming pool are well kept and equipped. It is possible to rent the structure also for 5 sleeping spaces under the name PODERE SPICCIANO 5; in this case only the ground floor will be available. Internet access. The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
