Comfortably and tastefully furnished with some period pieces. Baby bed available upon request. Parking. DISTANCES: 1 km Barberino Val d Elsa (food shops), 2.5 km Tavarnelle Val di Pesa (various shops), 35 km Florence and Siena.
ACCOMMODATION: (140 m2) Gr. fl.: living room (satellite TV) with fireplace (decorative only), kitchen/dining room (oven, dishwasher, washing machine), 1 bathroom with shower. 1st fl.: 1 double bedroom with bathroom with shower, 2 twin bedded rooms, 1 bathroom with bath.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
