In a portion of the house is a fourth apartment with a separate entrance and independent outdoor area. A car space is reserved for each apartment. Shared washing machine in a room on the gr. fl.. (access from an ancient loggia): living/dining room (TV) with large fireplace, double divan bed and access onto a private and equipped lawn, kitchen corner (freezer, oven, dishwasher), 1 twin bedded room, 1 double bedroom with access onto the outside, 1 bathroom with shower.

The booking is confirmed once signed documents have been faxed and 25% of the rental price (+ 28 Euros booking fee) has been paid. The remaining 75% of rental fee must be paid at least 42 days prior to arrival. If you cancel 75 or more days prior, payments less 15% of rental and 50 Euros are refunded.
